Oyeyemi Ogunsan

Partner

OGUNSAN, Yemi is a partner in the firm and she has a Master’s degree in International Commercial law from Queen Mary, University of London. She begged her B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus and is a law graduate of the University of Ibadan, LL.B.

She oversees the company Secretariat department of the firm. She worked as an associate at Akinwunmi & Busari, Legal Practitioners, Interned at Aelex Legal Practitioners and Arbitrators and was a mid level Manger in the company secretarial department of one of the top tier banks in Nigeria.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (“NBA”), Member, International Bar Association (IBA), Member, Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria (“IPLAN”) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
