Associate

Isaac is an Associate in the Firm. He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos (LL.B) and he attended the Nigerian Law School where he gained his B.L. He has exceptional experience representing both corporate and individual clients and is currently part of the company secretarial services and compliance team of the firm.

He also has remarkable litigation experience appearing in most courts of records. He is vastly skilled and possesses unrivaled expertise in the dynamics of the Fintech sector, having advised clients on creative ways to comply with various regulations by the Central Bank of Nigeria and other relevant regulatory authorities.

His background in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution enables him to give sound legal advise to clients on compliance with applicable regulations.

He has gained experience across various legal practice areas including Commercial Dispute Resolution, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Law transactions, Data Protection and Financial Technology Law. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (Nigeria branch) and the International Chamber of Commerce, Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC-YAN).
