Osasumwen Osazuwa

Associate

Osasumwen is currently an Associate in the Firm. She has a Bachelor of Law (LL.B HONS) degree, which she obtained from University of Benin, Benin-City, she subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus, where she bagged her Barrister at Law degree (B.L).

She worked as an Associate at Classic Attorneys Lagos, and was actively involved in core litigation embracing all fields of legal practice, during the course of which she appeared in most courts of records. She is skilled in document reviews, contract negotiation, legal drafting, regulatory compliance enforcement procedures, client advocacy, trial preparation, legal research and documentation. Her areas of practice are; Corporate/Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law and Banking and Finance Law.

She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar association and Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). She is hardworking, versatile and result driven.
