Associate

Kofoworola is an Associate at Demesne Legal Practitioners. She is an innovative and result-driven Legal Practitioner with a sound knowledge of the Nigerian Legal System. She attended the prestigious Lagos State University (LASU), where she obtained her LLB, and she obtained her B.L from the Nigerian Law School with a First-Class Honors.

She interned at Goke Okoya & Co and Olu Fasae & Co respectively. She started her legal career working at Olaniyi Ogunbode & Associates, she later proceeded to work with Kayode Samson & Associates.

Her practice areas include; Intellectual Property Law, Corporate/Commercial Law, Property/Real Estate Law Practice, Family Law and Financial Technology Law amongst others. She is remarkably skilled in drafting and reviewing Corporate Contracts/Documents, writing plausible briefs/legal opinions, and proffering outstanding legal secretarial services to clients.

She prides herself in the ability to utilise her knowledge towards effective client service delivery and advancement of the legal profession.
