Olaide Oduolowu

Senior Associate

Oduolowu Olaide is a senior Associate at Demesne Legal Practitioners. Olaide obtained LL.B (Hons) and B.L from Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School respectively she also holds an LLM in Environmental Law from the prestigious University of Ibadan.

Olaide started her career with the Oyo state Ministry of Justice Ibadan Oyo State where she was actively engaged in litigation in superior courts and also advised on transactional matters that bordered on commercial issues. She combines practice with academic research, which experience has proven to be invaluable in the development of the law and continuous professional development.

Her areas of practice and research include banking and finance, environmental law, real property, foreign direct investment, intellectual property, and corporate/commercial law.
